Enroll
Enrollment in Jeffco Transition Services School is based on the identified postsecondary transition goals in a student’s Individualized Education Plan.
Families of students who have been identified as needing transition services will be referred to the program by their current case manager. JTS’ assistant director will reach out to discuss a family’s interest in the program and assign a liaison to answer any questions.
If it is determined that transition services are appropriate, enrollment will be automatic for current Jeffco students. Students transferring from another district will need to complete the EnrollJeffco process and work with JTS’ enrollment secretary to be assigned to Jeffco Transition Services School.

Enroll for the 2026-27 School Year
Round 1 enrollment for the 2026-27 school year was open December 2-January 9. Families who enrolled during Round 1 of EnrollJeffco received their results on January 20. Families can also enroll for the 2026-27 school year during Round 2 enrollment, open now through Friday, August 28. All families, including those new to Jeffco and those returning to the same school, should complete enrollment.
Enrollment Timeline for the 2026-27 School Year
- December 2, 2025: Round 1 enrollment for the 2026-27 school year opens
- January 9, 2026: Round 1 enrollment window for the 2026-27 school year closes
- January 15, 2026: Round 2 enrollment for the 2026-27 school year opens
- January 20, 2026: Round 1 enrollment results sent to families
- August 28, 2026: Round 2 enrollment for the 2026-27 school year closes
