Summer Programs
Jeffco Transition Services’ School to Work Alliance Program (SWAP) offers one summer program to any person eligible for SWAP or first year JTS.
Summer Safari- WILL NOT BE OFFERED FOR THE SUMMER OF 2025
Summer Safari is for students interested in pre-employment transition services or transition programming after high school.
The program includes:
- Job Exploration
- Bring Your A Game curriculum
- Worksite Tours
- Transportation training
